TAMKO APPROVAL EXTENDS WARRANTIES Richards Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. has recently received licensing approval from TAMKO Roofing Products, a major manufacturer of commercial roofing products. This new product line allows us to issue extended warranties of 15 to 20 years in addition to the standard 10 year labor and material warranties.	Straubs, Webster Groves (15,600 square feet)
This is a great accomplishment, since TAMKO Roofing Products is well known in the industry for their conservative selection process of approved contractors. During the process, applying contractors must go through detailed financial analysis and extensive roofing project investigations.
